  • Acted on behalf of vendors in sale of trading business for approximately $95 million, joint venture with SAP/ASX 200 listed company and takeover of ASX listed company for in excess of $110 million.
     
• $30m Sale of Apparel Business
  • Acted on behalf of vendors in sale of apparel importing and manufacturing business to ASX listed company for consideration in excess of $30m.
     
• Manufacturing Industry Consolidation
  • Negotiated series of acquisitions as part of industry consolidation more than doubling client's turnover to $150m.
     
• Agricultural Industry Consolidation
  • Negotiated series of acquisitions as part of industry consolidation more than doubling client's turnover to $100m.
     
• Sale of Medical Instruments Business
  • Acted on behalf of vendors in sale of medical instruments business to ASX listed company when negotiations were stalled. Obtained purchaser's agreement to revised valuation methodology and deal structure. Completed negotiation of heads of agreement and management of legal documentation process to successful conclusion.
     
• Sale of food processing company
  • Negotiated the resolution of a stalled sale of a dominant state based food processing company including specialist property assets. Achieved a price in excess of vendor's expectations.
     
• Sale of Confectionery Business
  • Acted on behalf of vendors in sale of confectionery business to ASX listed company including preparation of information memorandum, negotiation of heads of agreement and management of legal documentation process. Transaction completed in 4 months from commencement of engagement with vendors' expectations exceeded.
     
• MBO and private equity recapitalisation
  • MBO and private equity recapitalisation of a company in receivership. We negotiated the business acquisition from the receiver, arranged purchase of key equipment from series of financiers, negotiated effluent treatment agreement with water authority and put in place waste water treatment solution critical for business continuity and growth.
     
• Leveraged MBO of subsidiary of ASX listed manufacturer
  • Leveraged MBO of a manufacturing subsidiary of an ASX listed company. Negotiation of funding to enable business acquisition as well as third party purchaser for property enabling completion of the primary transaction.
